1. Special Orders
- Definition: Any item with a delivery estimate (ETA) exceeding three (3) business days is classified as a special order.
- Non-Returnable: All special orders are final and non-returnable. Once confirmed, cancellations or modifications are not permitted.
2. Delivery Policy
- Free Delivery: Orders totaling over $1,000 (before taxes) qualify for free delivery across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
- Delivery Timeline: Depending on the time of order receipt and product availability, deliveries are scheduled for the same day or the next business day.
3. Pricing Policy
- Subject to Change: Due to market volatility, including factors like trade disputes and supply chain disruptions, all prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Order Confirmation: Prices are confirmed at the time of order placement. In the event of price adjustments, customers will be notified promptly, and orders will be processed based on the updated pricing unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. General Terms
- Stock Items: Standard return policies apply to regularly stocked items, provided they are returned in original condition and packaging.
- Damaged Goods: Any damages or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
